PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA Personal data is used to provide an online service to customers and to manage a customer relationship. The information is processed based on the customer relationship between the customer and the service provider, the use of the website or the customer's separate express consent. INFORMATION CONTENT OF THE REGISTER Name, company, business ID, e-mail address, telephone number, company address, website address, ordered services. REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION Information provided by the user himself and the company's public register information. REGULAR DISCLOSURE OF DATA Data is not routinely disclosed to other third parties. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU OR THE EEA Data will not be regularly transferred outside the EU or the EEA. DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES Data is protected by complex passwords, firewalls, and other standard security measures against intrusions and denial of service attacks. The data is located in a physically guarded server room in the EU. All access to personal information is controlled in accordance with good practice. Only an employee of Conexx® has access to the database. Personal information will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this leaflet. No physical copies are made of the register and the material is not processed manually. CUSTOMER RIGHTS The customer has the right to request that his or her own information be viewed and to request that any inaccuracies be corrected. At the customer's request, the data concerning him or her may be removed from the register if this is not prohibited by law (eg the Accounting Act). We do not disclose the information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, but in accordance with the Personal Data Act, the customer has the right to specifically refuse the disclosure of the information. USE OF COOKIES Our website uses cookies in order to improve the quality of the website and make it more user-friendly. The data to be stored is anonymised whenever possible. If you wish, you can block cookies in the settings menu of your web browser - in this case, however, you will not be able to take full advantage of our pages. Like many other sites, we store the following information about users: IP address, browser type, operating system, entry and exit pages, service provider, date and time information, and pages visited within our site. We never combine information to reveal the customer's identity, but process information based on the entire customer base to improve service quality. Cookies can also be used for visitor tracking, analytics and advertising targeting. This information is not processed in such a way that the visitor can be identified. 3. PARTY SERVICES AND PRIVACY SHIELD ‘The 3rd party operators we use are committed to acting responsibly, in accordance with good practice and the EU Data Protection Regulation. We use the Netvisor service for invoicing and accounting. If we use services outside the EU, we will only use Privacy Shield Certified Service Providers who have committed to complying with the EU Data Protection Regulation by signing the Privacy Shield Agreement. Such services include e.g. Google Analytics and Mailchimp. We do not regularly disclose personal information for use by third parties. NOTIFICATION OF BREACHES We will inform all parties involved and the data protection authority of possible breaches in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation. POSSIBLE CHANGES Our services and legislation are constantly evolving, so we reserve the right to change this privacy statement. Significant changes to the privacy statement will be notified to customers when the terms are updated.
